Do you know why you are using activities and ice breakers? More importantly, how do these activities lead to positive outcomes, learning impact and return on investment?

If you aren't using the cognitive science behind learning, these activities may be a waste of time and money. Research into the brain over the last 20 years has taught us two things:

1. The learning theories we have been using for decades are dead wrong.

2. The right activities used properly can be incredibly effective.

However, training activities must be mediated with content learning to accomplish successful change. This program, instructed by Jeremy Teitelbaum, will share the science behind learning and provide valuable tools for determining which activities will be most effective.
