  • Use tools commonly found in virtual conference platforms to keep participants engaged in training
  • Create interactive games and activities for use in virtual conference platforms

 
Amanda Rael is a Learning and Development Specialist at Allegiant Travel Company with 9+ years of training experience. In her current role she analyzes, develops, designs and evaluates professional development training for the organization. Amanda is a twice certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and is also certified to train “Love Em’ or Lose Em’” and “ The MAGIC of Customer Relations”. Amanda found a passion for learning and development after being asked to assist with training in previous roles. In 2007 she became a full time trainer with Wyndham Consumer Finance and has since moved on to her current role as a Learning and Development Specialist with Allegiant. Amanda has lived in Las Vegas for nearly 30 years. She is married with two children who keep her on her toes.
