Recipes for Change: Change Management for Trainers

As learning professionals, we are often involved in change efforts. We are asked to provide training on the changes and create change management classes. In addition - we are often tasked with initiating cultural change in order to create buy-in. In this session, members will learn skills they can apply when they are involved in their next change effort.

We will discuss the Prosci ADKAR change management model and how it can be applied to change management projects.  We will also discuss what you need to consider when it comes to applying these concepts.

Change is so prevalent in organizations and having effective change management skills is valuable to any organization.  It helps save organizations money and time.
