ATD Las Vegas is committed to sharing with our chapter members the most current talent development trends, tools, and best practices.  As part of this commitment, we have invited top Talent Development Leaders from local organizations to share what is working for them!

Walter Davis, Chief Executive Officer; Nevada Health Centers

With more than three decades of healthcare operational and management experience, Walter Davis was named as Nevada Health Centers' CEO in November 2012. He has held key leadership roles in large organizations, excels in business development and strategic planning. His experience and skillset give him a broad perspective on patient, provider, and payer needs and concerns - all of which contribute to his success as an organizational thought leader and change agent.



Nate Bigler, Chief Talent Officer, Nevada Health Centers

Nate Bigler, MPA is the chief talent officer for Nevada Health Centers: Nevada's largest community health centers. Nate provides executive oversight to the organization's HR team and guides strategic planning and execution in the areas of recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and staff training and development. 



Joseph Stewart, Vice President, Human Resources, H&E Equipment

Joe is a dynamic, high energy HR executive who is focused on business performance improvement. He has direct, hands-on experience in all operational HR functions including talent management, cultural change, talent acquisition, labor relations, training, management development and total rewards programs. Joe currently works for H&E, one of the largest integrated equipment companies in the nation.




The moderator for this event is Judy Iannacchino, ATD Las Vegas Chapter President and Co-Owner of The Facilitator's Box, a Training & Development corp. Judy is a passionate Talent & Development leader with over 17 years experience in facilitation, design and leadership.
