Most of us have heard about Emotional Intelligence and may even know what it is.... but have you ever thought about how EQ applies to you in your role as a training professional?
For our April chapter meeting, Rich Hazeltine, chapter member, and learning and development guru at Zappos will help demonstrate how EQ applies when you are managing a classroom. He will also teach us how to obtain buy-in for a program with EQ in our own organizations (despite it being seen as a soft-skill).
