  • Position-Replacement charts and their role in developing training plans
  • Tips and tools for completing seven steps in the succession planning process, including how to identify critical roles, create success profiles, complete talent reviews, identify successors, assess development needs, create targeted individual and group development programs and measure progress.

    This session applies to Impacting Organizational Capability in the  ATD Capability Model.

    About the Presenter:

    Judy has more than 17 years of experience in Talent Development and Talent Management. She is currently a co-owner at The Facilitator's Box, a training and development company.

    She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling, along with many Talent Development certifications. Helping a team of professionals  learn, grow and succeed through active mentoring, while creating strong partnerships and facilitating learning at all levels are pursuits that drive Judy's professional work.
