Frequently, our programs and policies are focused on quantitative goals and are not sustainable. Join for a conversation about the pitfalls of diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and explore best practices to drive sustainable DEI strategies.

• Evaluate your DEI programming and policies to determine whether they are making a difference in your culture
• Identify key activities or outcomes you expect from your DEI initiatives
