In our pathway to bridge the gap between research and practice, our next ATD Las Vegas Chapter SIG will host a session on May 5, 8:00-9:00 AM on Key Steps to Evidence-Informed Training Design.
In our meeting, we will introduce a new training evaluation model along with research-based approaches and strategies to design, develop, and deliver training. We will discuss the key steps to maximize training transfer and how to design a learning journey not an 'event'.
