In our pathway to bridge the gap between research and practice, our next ATD Las Vegas Chapter SIG will host a session on September 8, 8:00-9:00 AM on Research-based Learning factors.
In our meeting, we will discuss the how's of learning personas, feedback, and real-based scenarios to design effective learning programs. In this session, we will share examples of personas, types of feedback, and scenarios. Feel free to share your work examples for a rich discussion and feedback.
