    Join us for our
    April Chapter Meeting!

Russel Dubree from Performance Faction will be speaking with us on how to create a High-Performance Culture.

Culture isn’t just about perks and fun. It’s not a buzzword. We’ve all heard the saying “Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch.” But why? Culture is the collective sum of the values and accepted behaviours within the business. There are 8 essential elements that are critical to building a culture that performs at the highest level. Discover in depth insights for each essential element supported by various research studies and proven workplace practices. These 8 keys individually are inconsequential, yet when combined together, will create the culture and business you’ve always wanted.

Understand the 8 critical traits and why they are necessary to build a strong, scalable culture.

    • Belief, Purpose, Integrity, Transparency, Ownership, Mentorship, Fun, Measurement
    • Recall culture stories that exhibit the power of these traits in action.
    • Gather reference points for further information to implement the critical traits into your business.
    • Connect the critical traits to all aspects of life

    Join us for our
    May Chapter Meeting!

Katie McLaughlin from McLaughlin Method will be speaking with us on how to create long-lasting and effective changes that will improve our DEI Initiatives.

You adopt DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) policies and programs, because you know that diverse teams are more productive and better innovators. But more than just company policies and programs, how can we implement DEI at work to shift the day to day experience of our team members? Frequently, our programs and policies are focused on quantitative goals and are not sustainable. Join for a conversation about the pitfalls of diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and explore best practices to drive sustainable DEI strategies.

    • Define and write goals for DEI initiatives
    • Evaluate your DEI programming and policies to determine whether they are making a difference in your culture
    • Identify key activities or outcomes you expect from your DEI initiatives
    • Explore ways to integrate DEI policies and programming into your company culture

NOTE - DUE TO ATD IN SAN DIEGO, THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD ON THE 2ND FRIDAY, NOT THE NORMAL 3RD FRIDAY.

    Join us for our
    October Chapter Meeting!

In the world of Talent Development, Compliance is seen as a nasty topic that revolves around those lessons that legal and HR require your workforce to complete on a regular basis. Compliance can also be seen as a positive business strategy, where it is used as a tool to assess and evaluate the quality of the learning organization In this sense, we step outside the traditional Kirkpatrick and Phillips Assessment and Evaluation Models and present a holistic view of the entire Learning Organization that doesn't focus on a single learning event, course, or program.

At the end of this session the participant will be able to:

    1. Identify the need for formalized Learning Development, Delivery, and Management Processes
    2. Develop a formal Compliance and Assessment Plan that supports the entire organization
    3. Discuss how to review and assess the major components and aspects of their Learning Organization
    4. Present as assessment's findings to management
