    Talent Development Leader Panel Discussion (Virtual)

    ATD Las Vegas is committed to sharing with our chapter members the most current talent development trends, tools, and best practices.  As part of this commitment, we have invited Talent Development and Corporate Leaders from local organizations to share what is working for them! 


    Register now to save the date for this exciting panel discussion where attendees will learn more about varied approaches to talent development.


    Discussion topics for this panel discussion include:

    • An overview of the leader's background and role.
    • What the Talent Development function looks like at their organization.
    • Where does the TD function sit within the organizational structure?
    • What are the roles within your TD org chart?
    • Have you had any recent impacts to your TD strategy?
    • Has your hiring strategy changed? What skills are you looking for?
    • What is the greatest value that Talent Development provides to the business?
    • How does your organization measure the value that Talent Development provides?

    Join your fellow Greater Las Vegas Chapter Members, their friends and family members in a Knight of fun and networking cheering on our Henderson Silver Knights take on the Milwaukee Admirals on Saturday, January 13. This is also Las Vegas Thunder Knight, where the Silver Knights are commemorating our former International Hockey Team, the Las Vegas Thunder.

    The puck will drop at 3 p.m. at the Dollar Loan Center in Henderson, across the street from Green Valley Ranch, and we will have group seating behind one of the goals. These seats are normally $39 plus handling fees, but we can get the group rate of $32 per seat. Ticket sales will end on December 15 to ensure we are able to sit together.

    You may be able to view one of our members get selected for an on-ice game during intermission or, even better, be a Zamboni Rider. The courtyard outside the arena has games for the kids. If you get there early enough, you could have dinner at the Craggy Range Sports Bar & Grill.

    Tickets will be bought by the chapter. Once the chapter has placed the order and received them, they will be distributed to each member. In order to receive your tickets, you must download the AXS app from the Apple or Android Store. This is the only way to transfer your tickets to you. In order to be able to sit together, ticket reservations and sales will stop at midnight December 14/15.

    Each ticket only includes entry into the game. It will not include concessions or parking. Parking can be reserved by downloading the SPOTHERO App from the Apple or Android Store. Reserving Parking through the App costs $12 plus tax, while buying parking on-site will cost $15 plus tax.

    2024 Tribute to Learning Award Dinner (In-Person)

    You are invited to come celebrate and learn as we announce this year's Tribute to Learning Award Winners on March 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the amazing Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course.  

    After enjoying reconnecting face to face, we will announce this year's Tribute to Learning Award Winners!  We will also recognize many special chapter members for their accomplishments.   

    This will be an interactive and engaging event! Along with great conversation and a good dinner, we will have a raffle with for the half-pot raffle and a pair of tickets to the Henderson Silver Knights.

    This event will include a full-plated dinner and beverage.  You also receive two beer and wine drink tickets. There will be a cash bar for liquor and mixed drinks. Member cost is $50 and non-member cost is $60. There will be a drawing for the half-pot raffle.
