What is the Talent Capability Partner Program (TCPP)

Maybe you want to learn more about a specific capability area or you want to share your knowledge, here you are able to partner with another chapter member and learn while sharing your experience.

How long is the program?

The TCCP will run for 8 weeks with 3-6 meetings with your partner, however, that doesn't mean it's the end of the partnership you've developed! You can continue to work with them.

What happens after those 8 weeks?

A new session will start and you can develop a new partnership with another chapter member. It's a great way to continue building relationships and learn from our community.
